Chocolate cake is one of my favorite desserts and ever since I found out I had a gluten allergy I have struggled to find a decent gluten free dessert. I’ve tried store bought mixes and even had a friend make me a flourless chocolate cake. The store bought things are gritty and the flourless desserts just didn’t do it for me. One day DiDi brought me a quinoa chocolate cake and it was even better than a normal cake made with all the flour. It tasted delightful and was so moist and not gritty at all. I will never attempt to make my own or buy another store made gluten free dessert.

I am a huge fan of red velvet cake and have only been able to really enjoy it at Lucille’s until I had DiDi’s red velvet cupcakes. They are amazing both frosted and not. We ordered 6 so I could share them with my girlfriend but unfortunately she only got one! Now I don’t have to go eat Lucille’s expensive food to get my red velvet fix.
